Return Period

You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to specify a reason.

Return Policy

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Be in their original packaging, with all labels intact
  • Be accompanied by the purchase invoice

Return Process

  2. Primiți un număr de autorizare pentru retur (RMA)
  3. Trimiteți produsul la adresa indicată
  4. Rambursarea se va efectua în maxim 14 zile de la primirea produsului

Shipping Costs

Important: Customised or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in cases where they have manufacturing defects.
